I have long straight fine hair and I would like to add body and shine and a slight wave. Could you please advise on an ideal rod size and perm to achieve this look?

Hi Faye ! In order to achieve the result you are after I suggest you book a Consultation at your Hairdressers where I would imagine they will suggest the largest Perm Rod with an Acid Perm for Condition. Obviously the larger the Rod the looser the Curl. (Darren)
